The goal was to create an animated video explaining the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), its benefits to job creation, cost savings, and air quality, with an emphasis on frontline communities of color, and how Pennsylvanians could make their voices heard about the potential of PA joining RGGI as a member states.
